- Collaborate with our Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers, Sales Teams, and Field Engineers to guarantee prompt deliveries that align with customers' needs.
- Manage Import and Export Operations, encompassing tasks such as
- License and Permit Applications,
- compliance checks for daily Import/Export activities,
- operating Global Trade Management (GTM) Systems
- overseeing Strategic Control Parts and Dangerous Goods Management
- coordinating with Forwarders for Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating, and Movers.
- Develop and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Establish and maintain an efficient documentation filing system.
- Undertake any other responsibilities as delegated
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of related experience
- Experience in Oracle or SAP system will be an added advanatage
