KEY OBJECTIVE:

This individual will be responsible for leading and profitably expanding the Chubb International Personal Lines' Device book of business in the Asia Pacific region.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for regional business development and overall management of the profitable growth of the Device business in Asia Pacific.
Work in close partnership with global and local counterparts to ensure topline and bottomline results meet operating and strategic plan objectives.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve the overall profitable growth target.
Develop and evaluate new products and concepts in partnership with countries.
Ongoing assessment of market opportunities, development of business cases and assessment of competitor activities and products.
Develop, maintain and expand our relationships with existing and new producers and partners.
Lead local teams to implement product and distribution enhancements for Device within the Asia Pacific region.
Work with the distribution team to identify, report on and negotiate, as necessary: product, and opportunities that meet market needs, are legally permissible, logístically feasible, maximise profitability, and position the company as a market leader in the Device protection business.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Device operations and ensure we have the proper tools to manage the business effectively.
