_Job Description _
- Understand the HR business process
- Conduct Analysis and Design workshop with users
- Translate Functional design into Technical Solution
- Conduct quality control on design by peers
- Design solution for HR processes
- Prepares comprehensive technical documentations (including specifications, test conditions and error handling)
- Execute endtoend unit testing and System Integration Test (transformation, load and reconciliation)
- Support users in User Acceptance
- Tests Identify data quality issues and provide recommendations for improvement and resolution
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Work with Functional and Development team to resolve issues
- Support data load and support data reconciliation
- Participate in integration testing and document conversion results Participate in defect analysis and resolution
