Product Owner - Singapore - Workforce Optimizer Pte Ltd
Description
We are looking for a dedicated product owner to be the point person in our scrum team.The product owner will be responsible for defining the Workforce Optimizer product roadmap, supporting the scrum team, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product.
As a product owner, you should have the ability to plan and manage the development project from start to finish, and ensure that the product meet the customer's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
- Defining product features according to customer needs.
- Leading the development process.
- Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
- Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
- Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
- Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Possess a keen interest to pursue a career in technology and software engineering space
- Demonstrated ability to influence various stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problemsolving skills: even when you do not have the solution to the problem, you know how to get the solution; this includes the ability to know what questions to ask
- A quick learner and displays high willingness to learn
- Attitude: possess determination and commitment to strive towards excellence in everything you do.
- Able to work independently and as a team: able to support multiple requests concurrently, able to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
- You are at an added advantage if you have any of the following:
- Demonstrated understanding of software development culture and processes.
- Demonstrated analytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planning
- Experience with user experience design
- This programme is open only to Singaporeans or PRs who are who are at least 40 years old
