    Description

    Customer Service Coordinator (East | SAP | $3K)

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and coordinate the process flow of business in Singapore with CRM tools
    • Liaise closely with HQ Office andensure smooth delivery process between customer and internal.
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Handle complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Handle order processing, purchase order, delivery note, weekly report and monthly report.
    • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in any field
    • Min 2 years of customer service experience / order processing / sales support in MNC environment
    • Salesforce experience is an added advantage
    • Experience in SAP B1 preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Customer oriented
