    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Project Manager

    Working Location: 1 NORTH COAST AVE (Woodlands)

    Office: Ang Mo Kio

    Working days: 5 days

    Basic: $3800 to $4800 (depends on experience)

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Building/Project Management or its equivalent.
    • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management works.
    • Must be familiar with submission process of building plans for local authorities' approval.

    Job Description

    • You shall be responsible for conducting feasibility studies, cost budgeting, project supervision and certifying final accounts for multiple projects at the client's premise.
    • You shall ensure that all projects are duly completed within budget and within targeted timeline.
    • You are required to prepare and submit regular reports on the progress of such projects in accordance to the timelines, targets and budget expenditure.
    • You are required to work with consultants to ensure that all authorities' submissions are done on time in order to commence work and in time to obtain TOP/CSC for projects
    • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.
