Description

Job Responsibilities:

· Possesses practical, theoretical and professional knowledge of DFMA

· Excellent understanding and application of Lean Six Sigma

· Adept at advocating and implementing intelligent steel fabrication software

· High level proficiency in operating automated steel production line

· Possesses strong structural steel engineering knowledge

· Possesses internationally recognized professional welding and production certification (equivalent to JIS Level 1 for Production Management, Welding Management and Quality Control)

· Possesses strong P&L management experience

· Possesses abilities to formulate, develop and implement QAQC policies and procedures; and establish/monitor/analyse KPI

· Possesses abilities to directly communicate and report to C-level management

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualification : Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil)

2. Minimum Experience : 15 years related experience

3. Possess driving license and own transportation

4. Possess following Soft Skills :

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

· Able to work under stress and prioritize tasks

· Skilled negotiator

· Resourceful

· Self-motivated with high degree of integrity

· Highly Organized

· Excellent time management skills
