Description
**Job Description: - Responsible for the production of all products within the company.

  • Oversee the whole production team's daily operations activities.
  • Expected to uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times
  • Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment and ensuring displays and signage are accurate and attractive.
  • Collaboration with QC & Purchasing team to monitor inventory to ensure it is accurately maintained and reported
  • Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of the butchery, cold rooms, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that all associates adhere to hygiene policy and standards the relevant regulatory authorities set and HACCP guidelines.
  • Conducting checks to minimize wastage & spoilage.
  • Review processes with the QC team and purchaser to ensure continuous improvement
  • Quality assessment of inprocess and finished products To portion and prepare meat in cooking form such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat.
**Job Requirements: - Preferably a minimum of 10 years of working with Ham, sausages, and marinated products.

  • Working experience and knowledge in the HACCP program
  • Solid knowledge and skills in ham and sausage production processes and recipe
