Quotation Specialist - Singapore - Wiselink Technology Pte Ltd

Description

The Quotation Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes for pricing and building estimates for special items by gathering information, analyzing material and costing.

This role will be responsible to strengthen overall service margin and lead day-to-day operations of the Quotations section.


Essential responsibilities:

• Providing clients with information about available products and services based on their needs and goals
• Work in a fastpaced environment where you are responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes to customers. Usually required to work quickly and accurately under pressure, as you are often required to provide quotes on short notice.
• Must also be able to multitask and handle a high volume of work, as they may be responsible for quoting multiple products and services.
• Typically work in an office setting, but they may also travel to meet with clients or potential customers.

Competency:

• Able to converse and write fluently in Mandarin
• Possesses strong numerical skills and has an analytical mindset
• Attention to detail
• Able to priortise workload to meet required deadlines
• Good organisaional skills

Salary:
$2, $3,200.00 per month
