Account Assistant - Singapore - SC (SANG CHOY) INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD
Description
Job roles:
Assist in day-to-day operations in accounting
Perform data entries for suppliers' invoices, payments, and receipts
Preparation of payment documents and processing of payments before deadline
Checking the accuracy of documents with data of purchase order, delivery order and invoices
Ensure proper follow-up from outstanding AP issue
Assist in administration of database and project cost tracking
Assist to handle a full set of accounts including account receivables, payable and general ledger
Requirement:
2 year of relevant working experience
Familiar with MYOB and MS Excel is a must
Meticulous and careful to details
At least Diploma in Accountancy
