Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare Schedule letter to customers & follow up
- Prepare Quotations for customers
- Create Invoices and send them via eInvoicing
- Raise requests for the creation of new users
- Update assignment for new users
- Create Purchase Requests & GR when goods received
- Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirement
- Diploma holder with 3 years' or working experience or Degree holder with min 1 year's experience
- Able to work in a fast pace engineering environment
- Confident in working on MS Office and online portals
