Training will be provided and technical jargon will be ran through - technical knowledge not required
:

Prepare technical documentation for (re)insurance: Evidence of Covers (EOC), Cover Notes (CN), and Addenda.
Process renewal, new risks, and endorsements premium; send invoices to Clients and Underwriters.
Address Finance department for payment reconciliation and unmatched outstanding balances.
Manage queries from Clients, underwriters, and brokers on technical matters.
Update BSX file, GST file, and tracking spreadsheets.
Handle monthly contract certainty submission for the Specialty Department.
Ensure proper filing of documentations for easy access by all parties.
Perform other assigned duties as required.

The Successful Applicant:

Incumbent should be comfortable handling high volume of data
And is very meticulous in their work with low error rate.
The incumbent should also be comfortable learning new jargon specific to the financial institution
