Position Description:

Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's IT systems to ensure their stability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and update software and hardware components.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure the smooth integration of IT systems with business processes.
Establish and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
Analyze and optimize IT processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
Proficient in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
Solid knowledge of network fundamentals (LAN, WAN).
Experienced in server administration and configuration.
Familiar with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Certified in relevant IT certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA).
Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment if required.

Pay:
$2, $3,000.00 per month
