a.

Supervise technical personnel to oversee the buildings' daily operation such as troubleshooting, preventive, corrective maintenance work, repairs and rectification works.

b.

Review and conduct checks that the building M&E maintenance, repair, and replacement works and services are conducted timely and within the budget and SOP.

c. Review existing M&E system design and operation procedures and if necessary, recommend and implement changes.

d.

Review and approve unit renovation works and reinstatement works ensuring that the plan and design submitted are within guidelines and bylaws.

e. Review and oversee the M&E term contracts and ad-hoc procurement process are as per SOP and within approved budget.

f. Monthly management reports and updates on building M&E equipment health checks, maintenance/repairs, repairs/ rectification, and unit renovations/reinstatement.

g.

Prepare and review annual Management and Sinking Fund budget to ensure adequate budget for the building maintenances, repairs and/or replacements.

h. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior whenever required.
