    Roles & Responsibilities

    As a Marketing and Social Media Influencer Executive, you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing campaigns and managing influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Your role involves coordinating marketing efforts across various channels while leveraging the power of social media influencers to amplify the brand's message and reach.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Marketing Campaign Execution:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

    Create and curate compelling content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to support campaign objectives.

    2. Influencer Partnership Management:

    Identify and research potential social media influencers aligned with the brand's target audience and values.

    Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating terms and agreements for collaboration.

    Coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring content creation, posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines.

    3. Content Creation and Management:

    Develop engaging social media content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's messaging.

    Schedule and post content on various social media platforms using scheduling tools.

    Monitor and respond to audience engagement, comments, and messages.

    4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:

    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and influencer partnerships.

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance, track engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.

    Prepare regular reports on social media and influencer campaign effectiveness.

    5. Collaboration and Coordination:

    Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality content creation.

    Liaise with influencers to ensure they have the necessary information and resources for successful campaign execution.

    6. Trend and Platform Awareness:

    Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

    Identify opportunities for innovation and creativity in content and influencer strategies.

    Job Requirements:

    • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or influencer relations.
    • Skills: Proficiency in multiple social media platforms for marketing purposes. Strong content creation abilities (graphics, videos, copywriting). Experience in influencer identification and management. Analytical capabilities for performance tracking and insights.
    • Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Awareness of influencer marketing trends and social media algorithms.
    • Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Creativity in leveraging emerging platforms and trends. Adaptability, problem-solving, and attention to detail. Collaborative team player with a passion for social media.
