    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions:

    • Provide assistance to the WSHO & ECO in tasks assigned by the WSHO & ECO / Project Manager;
    • Conduct EHS induction course for new employees and contractors;
    • Ensure the Risk Assessment and Safe Work Procedure & Environmental Aspect & Impact Register briefed to workers and sub-contractor;
    • Assist the WSHO in conducting safety inspections at site and ensuring non compliance are properly recorded and closed out promptly;
    • Assist in the conduct and arrangement of safety briefings, Tool Box Meetings and other safety related campaigns, events, programmes and training;
    • Others ad hoc tasks assigned by top management.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience as a safety coordinator or similar role;
    • Proficient in MS Office;
    • Working knowledge of safety management information system;
    • Critical thinker and problem solving skills;
    • Team player;
    • Good time-management skills;
    • Great communication skills;
    • Certification in occupational health and safety
