Job Description & Requirements

The General Manager (Civil) is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead and set the standards on the delivery of services of the Civil Department.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and operations of the Civil Department.
• Oversee the tender process for various kinds of contract services.
• Decide on the worth of a project proceeding based on feasibility studies undertaken by the Contract Tender Section.
• Oversee the cash flow and budget for the contracts.
• Oversee the management, planning and scheduling of the civil engineering project and ensure all statutory requirements are incorporated into the project.
• Help the company grow includes people development and productivity.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Engineering or equivalent related field.
• At least 10 years of experience handling civil engineering and infrastructure projects is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
