Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
  • Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
  • Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
  • Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
  • Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
  • Assess, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
  • Sales promotion
  • Create customer's awareness in our services; increase marketing effort

Requirements:


  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Selfmotivated
  • A team player
  • Proactive and requires limited supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer focused attitude
