Sales Executive - Singapore - CVISTA HR CONSULTING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Service maintain and develop existing / new customers through planned individual account support
- Establish, make phone calls to targeted customers, assess and qualify for sales development
- Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunity
- Negotiate for competitive costs from overseas office/agents/Shipping Lines
- Establish SOP with Network/Customer Service to ensure understanding on customer's requirements
- Assess, qualify and pursue sales opportunities
- Sales promotion
- Create customer's awareness in our services; increase marketing effort
Requirements:
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience the Freight Forwarding industry preferred
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Selfmotivated
- A team player
- Proactive and requires limited supervision
- Good interpersonal skills and customer focused attitude
