We are a Commercial Cleaning Company establised since 2019 specialising in outsource dishwashing. We are seeking for a self-motivated, high energy, innovative individual for a supervisory role.我们是一家商业清洁公司 自2019年成立,专注于外包洗碗服务。我们正在寻找一个自我激励、精力充沛、创新个人为主管.
Supervisor main responsibilities:
主管主要职责:
Find and employ local dishwasher staff. Report to manager on the hiring progress.
寻找并雇用当地的洗碗工。向经理报告招聘进度.
Retention of local dishwasher's, counselling, disciplinary motivating staff and handling all daily inquiries of dishwashers.
保留当地的洗碗工、提供咨询、激励员工并处理洗碗工的所有日常询问.
Daily inspecting workplaces to ensure dishwashing staff are disciplined, work together, treated fairly and trained to maintain standards
每日检查工作场所,确保洗碗人员遵守纪律、齐心协力、公平对待并接受培训以维持标准.
Able to speak fluently in Mandarin or Hokkien. Simple English is required for to explain employment contract to staff.
能说流利的普通话或福建话。需要简单的英语向员工解释雇佣合同.
Schedule off days for on-site employees.
为现场员工安排休息日.
5.5 to 6 days per week
每周工作 5.5 至 6 天。
Previous experience in the dishwashing and/or cleaning industry would be an advantage
