Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager Responsibilities:
- Fostering a professional working environment.
- Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
- Managing janitorial duties. Ensuring adequate catering and vending services. Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
- Ensuring facilities are always clean. Installing and managing air conditioning services.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing waste disposal systems.
- Ensuring a constant security presence.
- Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.
- Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.
Facilities Manager Requirements:
- Degree in civil/mechanical engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience in
Integrated Facilities Management:
Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM):- Willing to work 5.5 Days
- Knowledgeable of Hard Services and Soft Services
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$5, $6,000.00 per month
