Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager Responsibilities:


  • Fostering a professional working environment.
  • Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.
  • Managing janitorial duties. Ensuring adequate catering and vending services. Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.
  • Ensuring facilities are always clean. Installing and managing air conditioning services.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Managing waste disposal systems.
  • Ensuring a constant security presence.
  • Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.

  • Overseeing refurbishments and renovations.

Facilities Manager Requirements:


  • Degree in civil/mechanical engineering or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have experience in
    Integrated Facilities Management:

  • Certified Fire Safety Manager (FSM):
  • Willing to work 5.5 Days
  • Knowledgeable of Hard Services and Soft Services

Salary:
$5, $6,000.00 per month
