- Lead and manage a team of officers for daily operations and maintenance work
- Perform site management and supervision of contractors, contractors, and staff
- Liaise with consultants, agencies, and vendors to execute work assignments
- Plan, implement and manage comprehensive projects, such as project budget, timeline, logistics and risk
- Provide advice and attend to customers' feedbacks
- Formulate and review work procedures and practices
- May need to perform standby duty during and after-office hours
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
