    Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut Singapore's hyper-growthWorking with the local Operations Team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks, product integrations, and air-tight execution of Revolut productsExploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a strategy and timeline to reach goals quicklySearching for new features to provide a seamless customer experienceManaging critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systemsDeveloping strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial termsWhat you'll need


    3 years of work experience in consulting, expansion, fast-growing startups, or similarA degree in a STEM or other highly quantitative area of studyHands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or RA solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to endThe ability to break down difficult problems into simpler ones and to enjoy working with dataNatural curiosity and will to make an impactAn interest in the financial industryBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
