    JOB DESCRIPTION

    A company in the food manufacturing industry is currently looking for a HR Assistant Manager to join their team.

    Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will be responsible for handling full spectrum of Human Resource matters including full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination, performance appraisal, developing and implementing HR policies, preparing HR reports, take charge of employees' expenses and claims, handle office administration and prepare monthly payroll.

    Successful candidates can expect to work in a fast-paced work environment with a great cohesive team for the established organization.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, or equivalent
    • 5 years of experience in Human Resource function
    • Prior experience in retail or FMCG industry is good to have
    • Experience with QuickHR is a MUST
    • Experience with hands-on payroll preparation is a must have
