- Resolve incidents within SLA timeframe and conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve underlying problems.
- Escalate unsolved incidents/problems to the Operations Lead or Service Delivery Manager.
- Collaborate with OEMs/vendors/subcontractors for technical support when necessary.
- Implement service requests and change requests, ensuring completion within SLA timeframe.
- Deploy approved patches/releases/configuration changes for operating systems and system software according to change request procedures.
- Ensure proper backup of administered systems and perform system recovery as needed.
- Conduct regular testing to verify configurations or backup data integrity.
- Maintain system configurations and support the integration of new technologies into existing environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Dynamic, customer-oriented, and diligent attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with others to resolve problems.
- Familiarity with the following technologies is advantageous:
- Vulnerability Management Systems
- Reverse Proxy
- Patch Repositories (Patch Management, Patch Manager)
- Active Directory Infrastructure (Microsoft AD, AWS AD, etc.)
- Endpoint Protection (Desktop, Clients)
- Enterprise Backup Solutions
- Next-Generation Firewall
- Privileged Access/Identity Management
- Infrastructure Automation Platforms
- AWS full suite
