Description

. Able to handle full set of accounts

. Handle quarterly GST submission and receivables

. Perform Accounts Payable function (i.e process invoices and payments)

. Manage month end close process and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations & etc

. Prepare monthly management reports

. Preparation of year end statutory financial statements

. Preparing documents for annual audits and liaising with auditors

. Liaise and communicate with bankers and internal related departments

. Ensuring compliance with current accounting standards

. Preparation of corporate tax computation

. Preparation of annual budget

. Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

. Prepare software Skills MYOB Software , IFCA ,Others

. Accounting experience in the Property Development industry would be an advantage
