Job description
You will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing and sales efforts for our client's investment and financial product offerings. Your primary focus will be on selling investment instruments and funds designed to protect and grow the wealth of clients, including retail and high net worth individual (HNWI) demographics. By understanding clients' financial goals and risk tolerance, you will guide them toward appropriate investment options that align with their long-term objectives.
In addition to your focus on investments, you will also engage with insurance products as a complementary offering. Collaborating closely with the Team Lead, you will develop and execute strategic plans while overseeing the day-to-day implementation of marketing initiatives to achieve product sales key performance indicators (KPIs). Your goal is to provide clients with comprehensive financial solutions that meet their varied needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across offline, online, and digital platforms to drive acquisition, cross-selling, and retention for new-to-institution and existing-to-institution customers.
Manage assets for sales channels, including digital applications and retail locations, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging and branding.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to refine product initiatives, enhance value propositions, and maintain competitiveness in the market.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and optimize marketing initiatives and media plans, both online and offline, across the entire customer acquisition funnel.
Provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness, sales performance, and return on investment to support informed decision-making.
Maintain discipline in managing the execution of marketing calendar plans, channel budgets, and finance expenses.
Collaborate with the business to explore new marketing approaches leveraging digital and mobile marketing technologies to enhance the customer journey for insurance products.
Guide clients in selecting suitable investment instruments and funds that protect and grow their wealth, in alignment with their financial goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing and digital marketing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
Experience in insurance distribution and investment products would be advantageous.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end campaign execution, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, with a passion for overcoming challenges and driving innovation.
