What the role is


The Senior Officer is to supervise/lead a functional area to ensure efficient provision of services that support CSE and manage/handle assigned projects towards the department.


What you will be working on
Depending on the duties assigned, the Senior Officer would be responsible for the following processes:

  • Manage and supervise customer services' touchpoints, systems and a team of staff
  • Execute daily work at assigned touchpoint(s) through understanding of policies, work processes and use of systems (e.g. Telephony, Customer Relationship Management, Queue Management, etc)
  • Attend to customer feedback, complaints and compliments
  • Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) for intakes and projects supporting with secretariat functions when required and drafting of tender or policy papers

  • Suitable credentials with a few years of experience
  • Good written and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Analytical mind to identify issues and propose solutions
  • Able to manage and lead a team of diverse staff
