SAP HR Functional consultant:1. Implemented min. of 3 end-to-end SAP HR implementation cycles2. Fulfilled role as SAP HCM Functional 3. Good functional knowledge in SAP HR module:a) Organization Managementb) Personnel Administration c) Time Management with Time Evaluation, Time Schema experienced) Travel and Expensese) Performance Managementf) Talent Managementg) Succession Planning on Nakisah) Security and Authorizationi) ESS/MSS Enterprise Portal Configuration4. Knowledge of SAP ABAP programming tools preferred including Report and Transaction creation, Enhancements, Conversion Programs, Function Groups & Modules, Classes, ALV Reports, Dialog Programming, Document Archive, Record Management, Data Dictionary, RFC, ABAP query, BADI, BAPI.5. Will be an added advantage if familiar with SAP Scripts and Smart Forms, Adobe forms, ABAP workflow, Web Dynpro, Web Services etc.6. Proficiency in debugging and correcting of SAP Programs and improving the performance of SAP reports/programs 7. Integration experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment and SuccessFactors Learning will be an added advantage8. Knowledge of Workday HCM would be an optional experience
