Job Summary
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the personnel main duty is to support the manager in new business opportunities such as quotation, presentation materials, Sales Pitch.
Task Description
Post holder will:
- work with manager to actively source for new business opportunities by canvassing potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media etc. Develop the corporate customers portfolio for products.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand.
- Put up promoter rosters when required. Actively be involved in the promoter's role when there is a lack of manpower during the festive seasons.
- Execute the promotional and marketing calendar for stores when required.
- Assist in the sales operation and support customer service when needed.
- May be required to deliver the products at times.
- Assist to work with the appointed distributor, or as required by the manager.
- To assist in the export markets once the distributors are appointed.
- For direct accounts, will need to ensure good merchandising of the products at the stores, participate in the operations of stock inventory management and delivery. The responsibility of taking in stores on consignment will split with Keith.
- To submit weekly report on corporate customers, follow up, sales operation work and promotion activities.
- To undertake customer enquiries pertaining to the physical stores' presence. Update the list of physical stores who is on consignment with.
- To liaise with production on the order requirement
Requirements:
- process a Class 3 Driving license in Singapore
- at least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity
- able to work on tight schedules
