    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Facility Executive needed to assist the Facility Manager in the daily operations and to lead a team in provision of maintenance services:
    • Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
    • Supervise, plan & organise a team of on-site contractors in carrying out planned and ad hoc maintenance and their work routines.
    • Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
    • Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
    • Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants.

    Requirements:

    • Diploma in Facility Management/Building Services, Property, Estate Management.
    • Possess good communication skills and customer orientated.
    • Possess good adaptability and must be a good team player.
    • Possess own vehicle or Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate would be an added advantage.
