Description

Manage and supervise the team on the conducting of the RFx, competitive bidding, supplier sourcing, strategic procurement and BAFO pricing negotiations;

Manage and supervise the team on supplier onboarding, contract negotiations and renewals in relation to the products and services procured;
Manage and supervise the team on hardware and software inventory administration, reporting and record upkeep;
Lead & innovate to improve the unit's service operations, processes and deliver within agreed SLA with the internal customers across the bank.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree holder in Procurement, Supply chain management or IT Asset Management or related disciplines is preferred with at least 3 years' relevant;working experience in the same role and capacity
Process oriented, innovative and meticulous;
Strong sense of customer service, teamwork and collaboration ;
Has a mindset for digital automation and agile process;
Experienced in leading a team through a change process or process optimization project.
