Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Technical Officer X 5 – Outram Rd ( 5 Day)

- Execution of service and maintenance workflow

- Liaise closely woth client representatives on all service/maintenance related issues

- Mentor a team of service team members

- Assisting the Supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilties

- Manage day to day client interactions and expectations for optimal results

- Provide support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot and service /maintenance of security systems at clients' premises

- Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives

- Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act

- NITEC in Electrical / Elecronic Engineering with at least 2 years working experience

- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems will be an advantage

- Transport allowance will be provided if you possess own vehicle. Otherwise transport expenses will be reimbursed

- Basic Salary : S$ 2600 – S$ 3500 neg
