For our location in Singapore, we are currently looking for a Licensing Sales Senior Manager/Director to lead our team employees to support our development in the region.


As a Senior Licensing Sales Manager, you will lead selected technology licensing deals in Asia across a variety of industrial customers working with other commercial and technical experts.

You will also support the efforts of account managers by leading natural teams bringing the capabilities needed to differentiate our technology from other offerings.

You will demonstrate excellent negotiating skills and deliver contracts that manage our company's risks and meet our ethics and compliance obligations.


Key responsabilities:

  • Continue building the team to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region
  • Develop and lead selected complex accounts and deals for our office in Asia in line with our wider ambitions
  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans for the selected customers and managing sales and margin delivery and develop and grow a future sales pipeline in the region for continued sales and business growth
  • Supervise commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate and manage complex internal interfaces
  • Work closely with alliance partners to ensure resource availability and effective/seamless delivery to Licensing clients
  • Ensure compliance with the HSSE requirements, all Export, SGBP and code of conduct requirements and the Deal Development Process. Ensure that our company's knowledge, Intellectual Property, Patents, and Information are managed effectively.
What we expect from you

  • You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management or Purchase Management
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or licensing managing position
  • Knowledge in marine related technologies, especially propulsion and engines is an advantage
  • You are a proactive, team player with excellent communication skills, organizing, problem solving and able to come with out of the box solutions
  • Good skills in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Planning.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to be on top of the purchase orders and changing priorities in a fast paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language is a must
  • Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin is a bonus
  • Flexibility to travel.

Salary:
$100, $120,000.00 per year
