Responsibilities:


  • Assist the call centre manager to oversee and manage the operation of the call centre
  • Manage manpower allocation and respond to clients' queries
  • Manage daily activities such as training, supervising, and hosting team meetings
  • Promoting service standard and quality improvement of the call centre
  • Support the team manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement
  • Assist in the coaching and training of staff and handle any disciplinary issue of the staff
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  • Nitec/Diploma holder
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Adequate telephone skills and etiquette
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
