Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the call centre manager to oversee and manage the operation of the call centre
- Manage manpower allocation and respond to clients' queries
- Manage daily activities such as training, supervising, and hosting team meetings
- Promoting service standard and quality improvement of the call centre
- Support the team manager in highlighting operational issues and areas for improvement
- Assist in the coaching and training of staff and handle any disciplinary issue of the staff
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma holder
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Adequate telephone skills and etiquette
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
