    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Overview:

    As the Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and driving sales growth in key Asian markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing relationships with publishers, sub-distributors, retailers, and other partners, and driving revenue through effective sales and marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for gaming to drive business success in the dynamic and growing Asian gaming market.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the Asia region, including identifying new business opportunities and potential partners.

    2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners in the gaming industry, serving as the primary point of contact and driving sales negotiations and agreements.

    3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and finance, to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives tailored to the Asia market.

    4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats and adapt sales strategies and tactics accordingly.

    5. Conduct market research and analysis to assess market potential, identify target segments, and prioritize sales efforts and resources effectively.

    6. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, including insights and recommendations for optimizing sales performance and achieving revenue targets.

    7. Stay informed about industry trends, gaming market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the Asia region to anticipate challenges and opportunities and inform business decisions.

    Requirements:

    · Diploma, Degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    · Proven experience in sales roles within the gaming or entertainment industry, with a focus on the Asia market.

    · Strong understanding of the gaming industry landscape in Asia, including market dynamics, distribution channels, and consumer preferences.

    · Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

    · Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    · Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes and driving continuous improvement.

    · Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    · Willingness to travel frequently within the Asia region for business meetings, partner visits, and industry events.

    · Proficiency in Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa) preferred but not required.
