Description

Responsibilities

  • Implement the safe system of work which includes: monitoring; risk assessments; accident investigation; training; Standard Operating Procedures; advice to management; etc.
  • Develop the environmental management system which includes: update Environmental Aspects Register; statutory compliance; monitoring of KPI's; regular evaluation of waste generation and management, etc.
  • Develop and maintain the integrated management system to ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 certification.
  • Act as the Business Continuity (BC) Coordinator and maintain the Business Continuity Management System.
  • Maintain the security management systems and manage service providers.
  • Conduct security investigations when needed
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Criteria

  • Minimum diploma in HSE, engineering or science field
  • Already a registered workplace safety and health (WSH) officer with MOM
  • Qualification with NEBOSH or International Institute of Risk and Safety Management is advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Able to multitask
  • Independent
