Description
Account management is essential to Flowdesk's growth. As a Front-Office Account Manager, you are the preferred point of contact between our clients and our Trading desks.

As part of the Sales team, you are the guarantor of our clients' trust and the gatekeeper of their needs.

The Front-Office Account Manager at Flowdesk will work hand in hand with the Head of Sales APAC.


Your main responsibilities would be:

  • Provide account management to our existing clients and liaise with the trading desk to address their needs.
  • Ensure the fluidity of trading operations by liaising with clients to address their demands (e

g:
brokerage requests, rebalancing requests,...).

  • Overall support to the global sales team (including France and US desks) to ensure a global client coverage.
  • Close collaboration with the rest of the teams (BD & Sales, trading, devs, legal, compliance,...) to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
  • Participate in regular client coverage calls and pitch additional solutions from our allinone platform.
  • Support data and reporting requests.

Requirements:


  • 2 years in operations in financial services or in a client facing seat (account management, relationship management), or in cryptocurrency markets.
  • Genuine interest for cryptocurrency markets.
  • Team player but autonomous, curious and eager to learn.
  • Ability to communicate internally and externally, work under pressure, organise and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal skills, fluent in English is mandatory.
  • Strong people skills and ability to multitask.
