Motion Graphic Designer

  • You are not afraid to take on complex topics, and mold them into something visually stunning, hip, and aesthetically attractive for the masses.
  • You're open, curious, and eager to learn about biotechnology, sustainability, responsible consumption: And how to bring worldclass creativity to these spaces.
  • Must have an extensive attention to detail.
  • Believes data can be beautiful and can build a narrative with it.
  • Collaborate with our art directors and copywriters and even challenge each other on how to make projects better.
  • Lead motion, frontend web, and logo design projects from concept to completion.
  • Be able to easily switch between art directions for each vertical and make sure they're distinctenough from each other.
  • Know brand identity and help conceptualize new brands.
  • Ability to function well in a highpaced environment; perform additional duties as assigned to achieve the business goals of Turtle Tree.

Experience Required

  • Around 5 years of work experience, preferably in an agency setting working with marketing,advertising, or PR campaigns, including TV, print, social media, and web.
  • Strong grasp of latest art trends, technology, and experiential design.
  • Proficient in Adobe CC (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and XD), some experience in Google Workspace, and knowledge of Cinema 4D would be a plus.
  • Understanding of historical art movements, styles, and animation.
  • Have the ability to understand, absorb and execute on constructive criticism.
  • A strong aptitude for time management, organization, and communication. And, of course, have a strong muscle for storytelling.
