Description

Responsibilities:


  • Supervision of Outbound Team
  • Manpower allocation
  • Process improvement
  • Ensure smooth operations are in accordance with SOPs
  • Liaise with interdepartments to resolve issue
  • Meeting the turnaround time outgoing
  • Daily count reconciliation
  • Project involvement include internal and external meetings
  • Daily / Half yearly & annual stock take arrangement
  • Knowledge of Outbound operations and update Outbound Team SOPs when there are any changes
  • Any other operation matters related to Logistics

Requirement:


  • Diploma in Logistic/ Supply Chain Management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous and able to work within tight schedule
  • Minimum 2 years supervision role
