Job Description:
- Assist the Managing director to manage and support the business operation. Supports Director and performs management duties when Directoris absent or out of office.
- Administration of business/legal document and general administration support to the company.
- Assistant Account manager to handle full set of accounts. Petty cash management, staff reimbursement, CPF submission.
- Handling queries related to accounts.
- Plan & Organize events/ meetings, in charge of procurement of office supplies.
- 20 hours/week. (15 hours/week in the office, 5 hours work from home). SGD 2000/month
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Accoutant, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or relevant field.
- At least 2 years industry experience in business support and opperation. 1 year of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous.
- In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as vocabulary of relevant industry
- Speak English and Mandarin. Outstanding written and verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
