- Assist the Call Centre team there in case they have any queries.
- Work hours based on office hours but will need to cover for any shift member if there is no one from another shift team to cover during any absence. Day Off will be given for such occurrence. During such cover, will need to answer phone calls from Clients, Ops colleagues or Contractors.
- Work with the Supervisor on any enhancements required for iSMM Midland.
- Any other tasks as per given by the Supervisor in relation to Smart FM; innovations and technology.
- Minimum NTC with competency in engineering, data or technology.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Able to converse generally well in English.
- Will be stationed at our Changi North Ops Centre most times.
- Positive attitude.
- Willing to learn.
- Proactive in learning and actions.
- Team player.
- Possess good man management skills.
