RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:

Greeting customers and serving customers
Ensure that guests received attention at all times
Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of KTV and keeping the environment tidy at all times
Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, deliver orders, clean room, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time
