Our Client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions serving companies across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a motivated and meticulous QA Executive (Logistics) to spearhead quality control efforts across operations..

• Establish and oversee quality assurance and control protocols to maintain high standards in all warehouse functions;
  
• Perform routine checks on both inbound and outbound goods to ensure they meet required quality criteria and specifications;
  
• Work closely with various departments to pinpoint and rectify quality issues, encouraging continuous improvement;
  
• Create and refresh documentation related to quality, such as SOPs and instructional guides;
  
• Provide quality control training to warehouse personnel to ensure consistent compliance and understanding;
  
• Evaluate quality performance data, delivering periodic analyses and suggestions for process optimisation to leadership;
  
• Lead the investigations into customer quality issues, resolving issues by collaborating with customer support and logistics internal teams;
  
• Design and execute plans for corrective and preventive measures to eliminate quality inconsistencies;
  
• Coordinate and lead quality review meetings, both within the organization and with external parties, to ensure process compliance and identify areas for improvement
  

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience in the logistics and supply chain industry;
  
• Experience in quality control and assurance in a similar environment;
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  
• Knowledge of SAP;
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  
• Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  
• Able to work well independently, as well as effectively in a team;
  
• Highly organised and detail-oriented.
