The Job
Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join the team

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
Keeping uptodate on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Skills required:

Fluent in Mandarin in order to be able to liaise with stakeholders in the region effectively.
You have a minimum of 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
You have the ability to conduct different types of interviews.
You have experience with recruitment processes and databases.
You have the ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
You have excellent communication skills.
You have good interpersonal skills.
