DESIGNATION :
Service Desk Operations Intern (May 2024 to February 2025)

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for interns that can fulfill their internship within the time period.

Responsibilities:

Assist with redevelopment content

Revise and update user guides
Change presentation method/platform that resonables most with learners
Update FAQs

Evaluate and acces Software Asset Maturity

Discover and analyse software usage
Present data to support decision making processes

Assist to build an unified platform

Collate essential services
Analyse and Standardise collection of disparate data

Requirements:

Preferably with Screen recording experience or technical writing skills
Data analysis knowledge
Web base design and basic programming skills
The internship is recognized as part of the school's official curriculum

Successful applicants must commit to at least a 3-month internship during the period from May February 2025
