Job Description Provide general administrative support to Maintenance Department. Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. Support preparing documentation and reports. Assist in regular maintenance inspection and liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement. Perform other general administrative duties assigned by Superior.Requirements Superior organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills. Attention to the little details. Problem-solving skills. Basic qualification or sufficient experience as an Admin in Construction Sector.
