What the role is
- The Manager / Senior Manager (ICT Governance & Planning) will be involved in ICT governance and digitalisation work at GRA.
What you will be working on
- ICT Governance:
- Develop and maintain ICT governance policies, frameworks, standards and policies and to ensure compliance with governmentwide standards, regulations and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to ICT project managers and IT operations teams, including users of IT systems, on all ICT governance matters, such as IT risk management, compliance, and security.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the establishment and enforcement of ICT security and risk management controls.
- Ensure that all digitalisation projects adhere to the ICT governance framework, covering IT security, data privacy, IT risk management and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluation the effectiveness of ICT governance processes and recommend improvements.
Digitalisation:
- Lead the development of an ICT digitalisation masterplan for GRA that sets a clear and compelling vision for digitalisation.
- Ensure that the ICT digitalisation masterplan is aligned with the GRA's overall mission and strategic objectives, as well as its ICT governance framework.
- Implement, track and manage digitalisation strategies, projects and initiatives to achieve GRA's vision and goals on digitalisation.
- Manage, track and report performance metrics on the effectiveness of GRA's digitalisation programs.
- Develop a comprehensive governance and management framework for digitalisation (e.g., roles and responsibilities, decisionmaking processes, and reporting structures).
What we are looking for
- Requirements:
- Specialisation in Computer/Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT consulting/project management, with a focus on digitalisation projects;
- Good understanding of ICT governance frameworks and best practices;
- Proactive selfstarter with an analytical and creative mind;
- Result and customer oriented with multitasking capabilities;
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.; and
- Preferably have experience in management or implementation of Government ICT Projects and ISO9001 IT project management practices.
