Operations Sales Executive - Singapore - ESF CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD.

Description

• Daily walk through and incharge of all site's projects operations.
• Covers all related job done and completion daily jobs in order at sites.
• Daily reports for outstanding and completed jobs and work in all projects at sites.
• Daily reports on manpower attendance.
• Oversee and optimize day to day operations to ensure e ciency.
• Coordinate with operation managers to streamline processes and enhance overall productivity.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Work in a exible environment where working hours are or may not xed at times but based on project demands.
• Williness to go the extra mile and work extra hours upon request to meet deadlines and address business needs.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue/search new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication, contacts and service. Proven experience in Construction R & R and A & A in sales and operations roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and have the capacity to excel the job.
• Excellents in communication and interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced work environment at times and attention to details.

• Minimum 3 years in similar industry.
• Secondary/Diploma in Admininstration Business/Civil Engineer.
• Positive mindset, honest, loyalty and will to go extra miles to grow with the organization.
• Comunication skills and problem solving skills.
• Able to work during weekends and Public Holidays as and when required.
• Teamplayer able to work well together in every situation and support with consistent actions.
