Description

The Digital Experience (DX) Team supports business users to define, understand, and shape a customer's experience across digital channels and articulate requirements with cross-functional teams and technology experts in NTUC's journey of business transformation.

In addition to supporting the strategy around digital experiences of our members, this role will be regularly involved in new or enhancement projects that will advance the organization's digital customer experience in the aspects of recruitment, engagement, and retention of our members so as to achieve our business targets.

Responsibilities:

Assist the manager to drive project management and implement digital solutions.
Develop project plan to track milestones progress, scope of work and resources to implement digital solutions timely.
Collaborate with business owners and crossfunctional stakeholders to gather and harmonise business needs and operation processes into digital user experience workflows.
Create storyboards and customer journey mapping to communicate design to the teams.
Lead project and product testing processes with stakeholders to ensure the outcomes delight customers and meet business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Project Manager with a track record of having delivered digital projects successfully.
Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders.
Experience in Agile methodology & collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Confluence, Azure, Jira, Kanban, etc.) would be an advantage.
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Invision, Microsoft Visio, MIRO, and others would be an advantage.
