Strategic Planning Intern - Singapore - Scape Co., Ltd.

Description

Intern will be supporting the *SCAPE Strategic Planning & Partnerships team in planning for the coming year and in ad-hoc projects.

Strategic Planning:

• Support team in governance, risk and compliance matters e.g. Data Protection, Charity Governance, Enterprise Risk Management
• Support department in upcoming strategic planning projects e.g. workplan exercise, management retreats
• Assist team in research on the youth landscape and possible tools and frameworks
• Support Board Secretariat administrative matters

Partnerships:

• Serving and assisting potential and existing clients in bookings for venue rentals, including conducting venue tours for potential clients and addressing queries
• Support in the preparation and execution of events held at the venue, including liaisng with Estates department to ensure smooth operations during events
• Assist in developing marketing materials to promote venue rentals.
• Contribute ideas for improving the overall efficiency and appeal of the venue rental process
• Assist in processing lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
• Assist in conducting market research to analyze rental trends and competitor offerings
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications and handle administrative tasks related to tenancies and venue bookings
